Returns & Exchanges Policy

At MacLeod's Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged; for large items, our white-glove team will schedule a convenient window for professional removal.

• 3.
  Inspection Process

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
