Yes, we offer a White Glove service for a flat fee. This includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials and debris.

What is your return policy for home furnishings?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are non-returnable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.

Does MacLeod's Furniture provide a warranty on products?

All our furniture comes with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, spills, and tears for up to five years.

Can I request fabric swatches before placing a custom order?

Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches free of charge through our website to help you visualize how the materials will look in your home's lighting.
